
What do you do in the space?
We had a farmers COOP in the first wave of legalization that at one time had over 400 members in NorCal. Right now I have a small brand and small farm and I just got a new distro. I’m very excited about that, will only work with legacy farmers.
What has been the best part about being in the industry/community?
The very best part about being in this industry is getting to be in Southern Humboldt because it’s so beautiful and remote.
How has developing a community of other women in cannabis impacted you?
Finding women in cannabis is NOT easy lol but I am always so excited when it happens! I’m actually super grateful because the women who inspired me when I got here were the last of the Homestead generation in Panther Gap (my watershed). It was a thriving community with a ton of families. These women were very motivated, hard working, chill and very kind to me. So my goal has always been when I’m an old timer I would be try to be the same way to younger women because it’s very a male dominated space and there is so much um ...testosterone
