What do you do in the space?

I’m a passionate cannabis industry professional with years of experience bridging the gap between brands, retailers, and consumers. As the current NorCal Customer Success Manager at PAX, I focus on building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional service. From producing community-focused events with Chronic Culture and NorCal Women In Cannabis, to working hands-on in retail and brand settings, I thrive on creating authentic connections that elevate the cannabis space.

What has been the best part about being in the industry/community?

The best part of the cannabis industry are all the authentic, real connections and relationships I’ve gained through this community by attending small scale and massive events.

How has developing a community of other women in cannabis impacted you?

Finding this community is such a breath of fresh air. I was too used to underground sesh-like events, filled with boys selling weed out of backpacks and having to one-up one another and out-do one another. With Leah’s events, they are the complete opposite and everyone is there to relax, unwind, network and uplift one another. It’s a great support group with ladies of all ages, which is also another great positive. This group is not ageist; they are inclusive. Very demure, very mindful.
